Default Free Will and Christianity

Hey everyone! A while back I was listening to a stream of "The Infidel Guy". Anyways, he brought up the point that since god is omnicient (sp?) (all knowing), that he already knows the future and what is to happen, so even if he makes a "decision", he already knew it was going to be made, so therefor he has no free will. Anyways, I was thinking about that, and since the Christian God is all knowing, then he should know the future actions of every human. For instance, if you make a choice, since God is all knowing, he would already of known that you would make that choice. Anyways, wouldn't this conflict with free will/cancel it out? Thanks.

congragulations, dirkduck, you have stumbled across the reason why God cannot be omniscient if free will is to exist. so, either we're robotic slaves to destiny, or God is not omniscient and therefore free will exists.

"Either we are not free and God the all-powerful is responsible for evil. Or we are free and responsible but God is not all-powerful. All the scholastic subtleties have neither added anything to nor subtracted anything from the acuteness of this paradox." --Albert Camus

This fact should be the end of religion. With this fact people have to not just believe without evidence, but have to believe against the evidence. This is the reason I think xians have abdicated their reason.
