True the story is false, although the page says "accused", even this is unsupported according to this page:

...from Troy Britain which quotes Richardson's retraction of the story.

It would be cool to take Troy Britain's page, add the electron micrographs from Richardson's paper (reproduced in the previously-mentioned webpage), and make it a supplementary file.

Also good would be to have Haeckel's "original", highly disputed drawings, and his "corrected" drawings mentioned by Britain (which I've never seen, for some reason the originals are what was copied everywhere).
