This is absolutely true. God can forgive anyone who accepts him by faith - that's what Scripture teaches. Why? Because Christ's death paid the price for them.

If Hitler sincerely accepted Christ before his death (and God knows the heart), then he will be admitted into eternal relationship with God in heaven. If Ghandi did in his dying moments, he will be accepted as well.
