You don't already have a PS2? Good grief! How can you play GTA: Vice City without a PS2?

I have this odd set of priorities:

1) Food
2) Shelter
3) Clothing
4)PS2

I have not yet had enough left over in the budget for #4.

Hmm. In college, my friend Gary and I set a list of priorities.

Air
Water
Sex
Food
Shelter
Gaming
Classes
Sleep

Somehow, I graduated anyway. He, one of the few people I've met IRL who I agree is smarter than I am, did not. *shrug*

No matter how many times you liberate them, they would still, as soon as you leave them, foist another dictatorship.

So please leave them alone to grow (up).

Believing in your fellow human being is the beginning of spiritual cleansing.

So have faith...they too will be free.
hello Rousseau... If I were an Iraki and read your words, I would challenge you to place yourself in my shoes ( or bare feet) for over two decades. It is easy to claim that those folks failed in any manner....did the jews fail to rebel against the German oppression? did the Armenians against the Turks? have you ever been held at gun point? I have when I was still a child by an Algerian fellagah. You do not deal with political principles then... you only feel terror.
Do you have any real experience with tyranny? with daily endoctrination? with members of your family disappearing? with secret police spying on the population and retaliating if you dare to even pronounce words which do not support the regime? have you been kept in literacy ignorance so you can never be aware of what is outside the country you survive in?
I cannot sympathise with statements which show so little empathy for a people who have suffered for so long.

I think you're the first person I've heard to express this sentiment. Nearly all other Christians I know are willing to do just about anything to get the unwilling in the door -
Really? I presume you are excepting myself, Amie. Sabine, Helen, Tercel, and other Christians here as well, unless you can show some evidence to the contrary. I've only seen one (so-called) Christian here use blatant gimmickry or manipulation, and I find it ironic the skeptics didn't call him on it.

Hehe I like that idea! Perhaps you will be able to bipass the sermon and go straight to the dunk.

Looks like the chaplain will have some explaining to do.

Radorth talks as if "God has a gun to your head, but if he shoots you, it was YOUR fault" isn't blatant manipulation.
