Talking Older than 6000 years

The earliest known Indus-Sarasvati valley settlement, at Mehrgarh in Baluchistan, has been dated to 6000 BCE.
Scientific dating thus proves that the world is older than 6000 years. What do Biblical literalists have to say to that?
If the testing techniques have led to fake results because of the way God set up the universe then God is the Great deciever.

Also, according to the bible, the flood that killed every human in the world except Noah's family happened around 2300 BCE. So every civilization before then would have to be wiped out, and there is no evidence of anything like that.

Usual christian resonse to such evidence: Just bury their head in the sand and keep reading their bible.

Ye of little faith . . . clearly Big Daddy constructed the settlement to make it appear to be that old . . . like he did with the dinasaurs and rocks. . . .

Now, if you are interested, I have a bridge you might be interested in buying. . . .

From http://www.answersingenesis.org/docs/3563.asp
Quote:
The placing of a catastrophic global flood in the year 2304 BC means that all civilizations discovered by archaeology must fit into the last 4285 years.
Therefore their dating techniques must be flawed because of their assumptions... the Bible's date is correct because it involves an infallible witness who was present... but what about for those ancient archaeological things?

(Pretending to be a Bible literalist)

Doctor X:
Well I'm an ex-creationist and don't believe in a young earth - or God. So no, I wasn't being serious in my last post.

"New Archeological finds: Other settlements, now numbering over 2500, have been unearthed by various archaeologists. Archaeologists now know that about 75% of these settlements are concentrated along the now dried up Saraswati River. This disaster - the drying up of the Saraswati - and not any invasion was what led to the disruption and abandonment of the settlements along Saraswati River by the people who lived a Vedic life. The drying up of the Saraswati River was a great catastrophe which led to a massive (very large) outflow of people, especially the elite (upper class, wealthy) went into Iran, Mesopotamia and other neighboring regions. Around the same time (2000-1900 BC), there were constant floods and/or prolonged draughts along the Sindhu river and its tributaries which forced the inhabitants of the Indus valley to move to other safer and greener locations, and hence a slow but continuous migration of these highly civilized and prosperous Vedic people took place. Some of them moved to south east, and some to north west, and even towards European regions."

I believe that the site of Dolne Vestonice (Czech Republic) was dated around 25000BCE.
