Sex Question (hee hee)
I didn't know where else to ask this, but here it goes. Supposedly, males can withhold ejaculation and have multiple orgasms by training their pubus-something or other muscles. My Men's Health Guide book claims this is true, while another book I read says that it isn't or is "strongly debated". Anybody have any idea what is going on?

I think you can find info on that in Tantric sex techniques for men.
There are exercises (some like Kegel), which are also a part of Tantric techniques, but I think what you're refering to is this "putting a kink in the hose" technique which prevents the majority of the ejaculation from, umm, emerging- thereby allowing multiples in some energetic folks. Yes, it's real. I once dated a guy who knew how to do it, and later read about the technique among other Tantric sex info. I don't know where he learned it, but when he applied it, there would only be a drop or two, and it remained hard afterwards. Unfortunately, he was lazy and selfish, so I never recieved any great benefits from his knowledge. I don't want to describe how it's done because I don't want to be responsible for any, umm, er, mishaps or anything. ( And I also I believe it's supposed to be done in conjunction with the Kegel-type exercises.) But basically, it involves pressing a certain spot at the base of the penis a certain way for a certain amount of seconds. Hope that helps. |

My understanding (please correct me if I'm wrong) is that putting a "kink in the hose" causing a tremendous amount of strain on the prostate.

Interesting stuff....
Actually, I am not talking about putting a kink on the hose, so to speak. I am talking about Kegel excersises to squeeze off the ejaculate. It was just that I had heard conflicting reports and wasn't sure what to think. I guess the only thing to do is try it for myself. But that would take a few months training.

Well, I'm neither a guy nor a doctor, so I really couldn't say. The piece I read did address that issue, and said that the amount of pressure was negligible because of the location of the place to "kink." I wouldn't take that as the final word though because I really don't know enough about male plumbing to know how accurate it is, but I'm sure it wouldn't be difficult to find further information on it. If you're interested, that is. |

I have read the following book:
How to Make Love All Night Male multiple orgasm and other secrets for prolonged lovemaking by Dr. Barbara Keesling, Ph.D. Copyright 1994 It gives step-by-step advice on how to achieve multiple male orgasm. It's fairly long (and I found it kind of repetitive) but it seems like it would work... I have yet to try it because the book describes exercises to strengthen your pubococcygeus muscle, and other exercises that you practice over the course of a few weeks before you actually get down to business. The book stresses that if you just try to stop the flow outright, it probably won't work and you may get frustrated and not pursue it further, so the exercises take their time, letting your body adjust and letting you learn to explore and control your sexuality (And yes, the book is kind of hokey like that). I read the book because the title was interesting and because I had an experience with multiple orgasms once that I found really intriguing at the time. |
