Post The annointing at Bethany

Here's another interesting contradiction.

Both Matthew and Mark place it at Simon the Leper's house two days before Passover. In both cases an anonymous woman pours ointment on Jesus's head. Jesus then says that it's for his burial.
In Luke we have a slightly different story. Jesus is at the house of a Pharisee-also named Simon. In this case the woman-A lady of the city and a sinner(Possibly a prostitute) annoints his feet instead of his head. It also takes place early in the ministry, and at Nain. His rebuttal is also very different.
Now if it were not for John, the above could be accepted as two seperate stories. However John changes things slightly...
John sets it six days before the passover. It agrees with Matthew and Mark as far as Bethany and Jesus's praise of the woman. However the date is different, there is no mention of Simon The Leper or Simon the Pharisee(It appears like it might happen at Lazarus, Martha and Mary's house judging by the chapter), and his feet are annointed like in the Luke story, but not like in the two M's, where his head is annointed.

Any thoughts?
