Post White House Bible Study

Found this link. I find it interesting that several of Ashcroft staffer's feel "compelled" to attend:

<strong>"Bush starts every day on his knees in prayer. He reads the Bible each morning and studies a Bible lesson daily." </strong>

He reads every morning? After the mental strain it is no wonder that we only hear incoherent babble from him the rest of the day.

Let's put this in MRD.

I thought about putting it in humor- as in black humor...

Damn, how long does it take him to study a single bible lesson? It should be asked what lessons he's reading and by whom? Jack Chick perhaps?
Quote:
Bush (thinking outloud to himself): I wonder why Chick always leaves God's face blank?
SS agent: What?
Bush (showing tract to agent): Chick never draws in God's face. I don't know why.
Agent: Well, no one really knows what God looks like.
Bush (confused): But I do, I've talked to him several times. I've lost count. He looks like me. ( Bush looking all proud and stuff)
Agent: You've talked to God?!
Bush (looking all pround): Ya, back in the old days. Usually it was late at night, after being in the bars. I'd talk to God when I got back home.
Agent: What did you say to him?
Bush: Well, I didn't say much. I'd just get on my knees and bend over in the bathroom and say "Oh god, please make it stop. Oh god please make it stop. I swear, this is the last time." At first, god wouldn't say anything, but then when I was done, he'd make a swishing swirling sound.
Agent (thinking to himself): I've got to take a bullet for this guy?

If those sectists are going to be doing their religion in the White House (a taxpayer-funded building) and on company time (paid for by the people of the United States), they shd be PAYING RENT to us taxpayers for the private religionists use of that space and REFUNDING so-many hours of their stolen WORK time. Damnitall.

Reasoning like this scares the hell out me.
