i come from another forum. we are getting deluged with creationists. can you help us argue them donw???

Oh boy. Good ol' SPSW. There's a high atheist ratio on that board though, or at least there was.

There is a very low level of science background there. I do not have time to take that on just now. Good luck.

There are some smart people at SPSW. BigHungryJoe, AnimalMother, Cherryfunk, Eifersucht, armagedn, etc., may not have science backgrounds but they can hold their own against creationists. It's by no means a fundie board, or an ignorant one -- at least it wasn't when I was there.

Well I left a couple replies to FearlessLeader's posts.

Though I wish that forum would let the symbols of the Soviet Union remain in the garbage dumb of history where they belong.

{Hmm. I couldn't get the long one to work either, so I replaced it with a shorter one. In general, try using the url= tag. Do this: {url=http:...}name{/url}. Of course, replace the {} with []. -theyeti}

When one edits a reply, under the box that you type your reply there is a section called "Instant UBB Code." Hit the "URL" botton and follow the instructions and you will create a link.

How is your work with the fjords going?
