Default When jesus

wa on the cross he said eli eli why have thou forsaken me(you know the verse)

Jesus really meant to say myself, myself why have I forsaken myself.

the trinity cannot be understood because it does not make sense, also trying to explain a polytheistic god in a monotheistic way cannot be understood either.

when the word they is used that means more than one.

So jews spoke of YHWH "and his Shekinah." While the christians obviously added the "son" into the equation, those who were originally jewish would have known of the Shekinah, which was more on earth and in the temple than YHWH was.
Shekinah is the female, empowering aspect of YHWH. Without her he is impotent as is shown in the state of his "chosen people" who are reduced to quibbling over a few square miles of desert.

That's the kabbalistic version of the Shekinah, yes. However, much earlier than that, in the Second Temple period, the Shekinah was closer to the "presence" of god. In fact, the "presence" had some stereotyped signs that signaled it was there in the temple. One of those was the sound of bells.

The one book I have here right now claims that "Holy Spirit" was also a feminine noun that became personified. (The Hebrew Goddess, by Raphael Patai. Patai is a decent enough scholar, just skip entirely the foreward written by nutjob Merlin Stone). I need to expand my collection of books on jewish writings from the era predating the destruction of the Second Temple...but well, I already have an enormous Amazon wish list at this point...
