11th Circuit hears oral arguments on Roy Moore's 10 Commandments Today
The 11th Circuit heard oral arguments today on Judge Roy Moore's 10 Commandment plaque. According to early news media reports, they were very critical of Moore's arguments. Judge Carnes (a fellow Alabama Republican and George I appointee) said he was amazed at Moore's argument.

A state Supreme Court's walls could be adorned with murals of the life of Christ and the Crucifixion, and even marked with block letters asking, "What would Jesus do?" Judge Ed Carnes of the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals said.
I bet Moore got a chub when he heard that. |
