*sighs*
Creationist movements in Britan and Australia. Wonderful. Ok, how's the job market look in SWITZERLAND then? I really don't want to try Spain.... it's been much too long since I studied the language... |

This is a heartbreak... I've always been an Anglophile and dreamed of someday retiring to Britain to finish out my days there. Very sad...
<a href="http://www.thisislondon.com/dynamic/news/story.html?in_review_id=522065&in_review_text_id=4 86907" target="_blank">... now just hang on a minute there...</a> <a href="http://webcenter.newssearch.netscape.com/aolns_display.adp?key=200203141002000229264_aolns. src" target="_blank">... yes, very interesting indeed.</a> OK, I take that back. This is off topic, but here is further evidence that the UK is more civilized than the US:
<a href="http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&u=/nm/20020314/sc_nm/britain_cannabis_dc_1016121491&cid=585" target="_blank">http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&u=/nm/20020314/sc_nm/britain_cannabis_dc_101612 1491&cid=585</a> Edit: whoops, this is redundant. Kevin's second link points to the same story. [ March 14, 2002: Message edited by: Godless Dave ]</p> |

Sweden also gave us August Strindberg, all the films of Ingmar Bergman, Greta Garbo, and Birgit Nilsson (who would be enough to balance out any demerits arising from 70s disco ).

Of course what would be brilliant would be if noone turned up!
The easiest way of achieving said aim would be happy hour at the student union bar coinciding with the event. Amen-Moses |

Totally off-topic, but, on the subject of European nationalities:
In Heaven: The Cooks are French The Police are British The Lovers are Italian And it's all organized by the Germans. In Hell: The Cooks are British The Police are French The Lovers are German And it's all organized by the Italians. |
