Yes, where does the bible say this? If sex and lust are sinful and hell is full of sinners, why shouldn't we be having sex in hell?

If a deity wants to eternally punish me for my unbelief, so be it. I wouldn't want to be a mindless drone worshipping such a creature up in "heaven". If there is a heaven, it is a place filled with all kinds of depraved souls who did whatever they wanted to on this earth. Rape, kill, molest, torture... whatever! Just ask for Christ's forgiveness and he lets you in! (I know, good people are there too... they're just brothers and sisters in Christ with the likes of Hitler now, correct?) No thanks. I'll continue my life as a good person. I won't NEED to ask for god's forgiveness to gain admittance to the Robot Club of the Mindless. Hell? I don't believe in that either. But......Compared to heaven's rules (no marriage, no sex, no pets etc..), Hell is a lot simpler. "Don't believe me in me and you can BURN forever." I'd still like to see your biblical reference for any of the heaven/hell qualities. Is this just more make-it-up-as-you-go Christianity? |

Again- Magus -------
The only thing really noticeable about the Bible concerning heaven (besides maybe a couple of verses that can be interpreted any way you want to is-)---------- ------Is that it was obviously God's purpose to omit almost all references to how heaven will be. And that means to me that God intended for heaven to be anything anybody wants it to be. That is the most logical conclusion--------- n'est-ce pas? Again--------a couple of lousy verses just doesn't cut it Magus. You are making up your own heaven from your own personal preferences (or lack thereof) And that I think is what the spirit of the Bible (as shown by this very gross omission) is telling us. -------- If what you desire in heaven is a sexless one, then that is what you will have. If what I desire in heaven is an endless orgy, then that is what I will have. |

First of all, what does the president have to do with anything? Because to get extremely angry at someone who doubts or denies your existence is uneasy vanity, as Bertrand Russell had noted. Second, God said not to murder - therefore why would I do it? Biblical advocacy of genocide: Deut. 7:1-5 1 When the LORD your God brings you into the land you are entering to possess and drives out before you many nations-the Hittites, Girgashites, Amorites, Canaanites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites, seven nations larger and stronger than you- 2 and when the LORD your God has delivered them over to you and you have defeated them, then you must destroy them totally. [1] Make no treaty with them, and show them no mercy. 3 Do not intermarry with them. Do not give your daughters to their sons or take their daughters for your sons, 4 for they will turn your sons away from following me to serve other gods, and the LORD's anger will burn against you and will quickly destroy you. 5 This is what you are to do to them: Break down their altars, smash their sacred stones, cut down their Asherah poles [2] and burn their idols in the fire. 'Nuff said Third, i don't know the fate of anyone, including children, by killing newborns, i could be preventing that person from finding the cure for cancer, or bringing 100's to Christ. That same person could become a Muslim fundamentalist or a neopagan or a ... Only God knows our fate, He and He alone has the right to take life, we don't. So the death penalty and war are absolute wrongs? |

Or if Buddhism is right, you will have to spend lots of reincarnations paying off your karmic debt? |
