Just finished watching The Animatrix. Just wondering if you have any particular favorite clip. "Final Flight of Osiris" should be the Final Fantasy material instead of some boring, sappy soap opera based on pantheism. "Kid's Story rocked with the skateboard chase from the agents and Second Renaissance part I and II seems like better than Akira if it's expanded into a movie. Anyway, I can't decide...

Second Renaissance, Parts I & II. Brilliant. The Animatrix as a whole has been haunting me since I first watched it on Saturday.

I liked them all except detective story. I can't believe how horrible that one was.

What's the one with the "haunted house?" I dug that one, and kid's story was cool, mostly because of the art. I liked the last one a lot too, it was pretty trippy.

Matriculated is a mind fuck. I think they're all great, but that one is out of this world.

With me it's a toss up between Beyond and the Second Renaissance part II.
Beyond is very pretty.
The Second Renaissance part II is just so dark and edgy. Take that you stupid bipeds! How you like that, monkey boy!
So I voted for the Second Renaissance part II.

It was a tough choice but I went with SRII. My vote for the worst moment of the Animatrix was in Detectiive Story when his cat tossed his hat to him. I was thinking "ok that was just retarded".
