You could say "I prayed that I'd get an "A" for honestly answering the questions on this test. God told me I would. So if I don't you're either disobeying God, or prayer is useless!"

In my experience, paraphrasing George Carlin: Basically nothing. You get about the same results if you pray to Joe Pesci (like George does).
