This is the interesting story.
A church official hung up when a Tribune reporter called Wednesday. An Internet search couldn’t find a Web site for Happy Times Church. |

Happy Times is a most unusual name for a church. But anything is possible in Los Angeles.
Is there a church state separation angle here? |

Hm. The valid fishing license part implies the law is intended to allow harvesting the snails for bait.
Or didn't the poor hungry put-upon Xns think of that? |
