B.C. Civil Liberties Association BRIEF to the Supreme Court of Canada in the "My Two Dads" case vs. the Surrey School District trustees. Lots of U.S. court decisions cited. Very much worth a read.

Could it follow that the administration of a public school district in British Columbia could refuse to permit material depicting women in public without veils or mixed race marriages? In the respectful submission of the BCCLA, to pose this question is to answer it.
