Saturn's rings apparently are being obliterated by metorites and should have disappeared. I thought collisions into Saturn is what created the rings, ie, debris being thrown out of Saturn and then caught by planet's gravity.
Venus is cute. What if it was hit by a large planetoid during formation and its spin was altered? I like the moons moving in both directions too. Well, if an asteroid was caught coming one way and an asteroid was caught going the other.... Do the math! |

They should at least give credit to the fools they stole these tired arguments from.
Hilarious: Clams are found at the top of Mount Everest (29,035 ft.), evidence that it must have been underwater at some point. Provides evidence of a catastrophic worldwide flood. Every major mountain range on Earth contains fossilized sea life—far above sea level. Good thing evolutions don't have any theories about the earth's plates shifting, oh wait, shit. I think even a homeschooled kid will see this as stupid. The Sahara Desert spread each year. It is only about 4,000 years of age. UK Independent, July 15, 2000 I'll be damned. No evidence of life on Mars or anywhere else in the Universe. Canals on Mars do not necessarily indicate water is on Mars. Canals may be created by jets of carbon dioxide. Wired News October 12, 2000 NASA American Research Center Rare Earth, Peter D. Ward, Donald Brownlee, Copernicus Books, 2000 Well, we looked at Mars, that settles it: No Life In The Entire Universe. Index fossils are used to date the rock layers, and rock layers are used to date the fossils. But homeskooled kids won't have a date for prom. A pattern. Dolphins exhibit superior animal intelligence. Darwinian evolution claims life forms began in the ocean and more advanced forms evolved from ocean to land. The dolphin has high intelligence but resides in the ocean. Am I really reading this? Somebody's brain actually came up with this argument and felt it good enough to print? Human population of 6+ billion would be much larger if humans have been on earth for more than 6,000 years. I'd usually make some snide comment, but I'm currently trying to wade my way out of a 1000 ft layer of bacteria. |

Lotsa luck; it's 10000 feet deep, and then you get to the flies, then the roaches, then the frogs, then the lizards, then the mice, then the rats... |

It's qantity, not quality, that counts, apparently. The old "If you can't dazzle them with brilliance, baffle them with bullshit" thing (as in baffle the credulous; none of these arguments are baffling to the critical mind). |

I have just discovered the theology web, they take this web-site very seriously. The only good thing I've found so far, is they always end up claiming that the evidence doesn't matter, the bible is true. This at least shows it is a religious matter, not a scientific one. |

For example, you will learn that Neandertal Man didn't live millions of years ago. You will also learn that the cave art in the Lascaux cave that has been dated to 17,000 years and less was done by Neandertals
Hold on...I thought the Lascaux cave paintings were dated at 30,000-15,000 years, and were done by paleolithic humans, not Neanderthals. If 17,000 years or less, weren't Neanderthals already extinct? |

Evolution Poster kicks all cretinist posters.
I couldn't find a bigger image, but I really liked the idea in this one. Some of the major discoveries by real science in one column, and the fruits of creation science on the other.
This poster was originally produced during the period when the Kansas Board of Education banned (officially they de-emphasized evolution by removing it from test criteria) the teaching of evolution in public schools, and was part of the successful campaign to overturn the ban. |

Does anybody know where I can get a copy of the poster Secular Pinoy posted (science vs. creation science discoveries)? Or does anybody have a link where this image came from? Thanks.
