Well I am not in a corner, as far as I can tell as evidenced by your team gang bang here and at CF, you have not made one single solitairy point about anything whatsoever. LOL

That is the point, you make absolutely no point when all you do is post to tear someone down, telling them they aren't a true christian, all you do is put one more brick between them and christanity, because they equate you with what a christian should be, and when you take every cheap shot you can to put someone down when they question the faith you don't make them believe anymore, you just give them another reason not to believe.

I think if someone gets to the point where they feel so frustrated they have the propensity to want to throw the computer out the window out of frustration then they clearly need to log off. At least for a little while. For the love of God its just a message board.
I've logged off for days when livius use to piss me off.

Agreed. Bring people into the faith, lead convicting them of their sins to God. Keep in mind, the Bible's thing about confronting sinners is about those who sin *against you*.

Very true, Lasher. Badfish, check out the Atheist testimony thread sometime to see just how many atheists have been helped along the way by the chaotically irate tactics of "good christians."

My guess is that some Christians don't like it when other Christians insinuate that they are not Christians.

Historically, the position of biblical infallibility is a relatively recent newcomer to Christianity. It would be well within Annabel's right to claim that you have left the One True Catholic Church started by Peter at the request of Jesus. She would never say this, but it is an arguable position. Others might even call you a bibliolator. But the bottom line is by claiming you are correct and they are not is not conducive for those who are called to be Brothers and Sisters in Christ.

Look at it this way. Within the Christian faith, what does it take to make it into heaven? You pretty much have to accept the divinity of Christ. The rest are details - so try not to get so worked up about it.
That's great Grizzly, there's only one problem, I didn't insinuate they were not Christians.

They say the bible is wrong and inaccurate, well then if the only written and recorded history of the God they worship resides in a book in which they throw out, then how do they base their faith?

They say from the church, well where did the church get it's information, it is not biblidoltry to say that the the bible contains the innerrant word of God, the bible claims it is innerrant, so along with spirituality one has the means to learn about God in written recorded book.

Since I haven't seen God walking around lately, the bible would be the only testimony that I would have to go on. Once I read and pray then comes spiritual enlightenment. Unless someone has one hell of a teacher the best source to learn about God and to study his will is through reading the *only* inspired testimony of his existence.

"Well, the bible is flawed by man" they say, well according to the only source that records God says that God's word is tried and true and is promised to be delivered error free through the generations, then what is to be concluded?

Is the light on?

Thanks livius, but the Christian Lasher is lying, I never once said she wasn't a Christian. Where did I say that Lasher?
