Well, actually it is God's Word that is being 'rude',as you put it.

Well, Puritan may be gone, but in case you're still around, you seem to believe the verse is true, and you posted it on this site, so at least some of the rudeness falls on you.

I'm not sure, but according to Dogma her voice would make my head explode.

Listening to Alanis has been a different experience ever since.

I'd be hoping for something along the lines of:

"Time to come clean about this whole mess.", whereupon he pulls of his mask to reveal that it was former-FNM guitarist Jim Martin all along.

Hopefully, he'll then go on to tell us how he did it, and managed to keep the facade going for so long.

Smartass prankster: "What time hath Thou got, oh Lord?"

*God looks down and turns his wrist to bring the face of his watch into view, thereby dumping the contents of the coffee cup he's holding in that hand directly into his lap. God gets supremely pissed off, cusses up a storm, destroys everything and everyone*

Talking

My god, for various reasons, would likely not tell me the time. It would probably instead climb on Douglas J. Bender's roof and disco-dance while screaming about Tetris and dairy products.

My god doesn't have a watch. Whatever time she wants it to be, it is.

BTW, I always thought Triangle Man was a sort of bully.
