Selling my soul... kind of
Conversion for sale on Ebay. Let's see if there are any takers.
Ebay auction: Conversion for sale. Yes, in the extremely unlikely case that it is accepted and paid, I will follow through. I will give it an honest try, and will convert fully. I cannot promise to believe, but them's the risks. I am fairly secure in the conversion not taking hold. It's just too absurd otherwise. I will, however, give it my best attempt. Who knows? |

You do know that auctions get more hits when the seller has included a picture of the item for sale .

If I gather up $200,000 can I convert you to another religion of my choice?

I wish I were rich enough to meet your price. I'd have to be obscenely rich before I'd spend $100,000 on a conversion though; the concept appears inherently silly, there's little chance of it working, you don't live in Florida, Italy, or anywhere nearby, I'm cheap, and the list goes on.
"As above, so below," as the occultists put it. Perhaps this mirrors a shift in the gods ruling your life--your current god is offering you up for sale, and he thought it would be funny to inspire you to do this. I know you don't believe in the gods, but I consider that scenario to be a possibility. |
