Exclamation Montgomery Alabama Roy Moore Rally PICTURES

Here are my pictures. The event is being covered on all the national news shows tonight.
http://www.deus.org/commandments/

Thousands of fanatical people hellbent on taking over the government in the name of the Holy Bible convened on Montgomery today. Jerry Falwell and Alan Keyes were among the speakers that so worked up the crowd that afterword our contingent of counter-protestors received innumerable taunts of "You're going to Hell!"

These people are serious, they really believe the U.S. Government's foundation is Christianity, and that this 'fact' must be reflected on every level and in every law. And, most importantly, they contribute money to political campaigns, and THEY VOTE.

Take a look at these pictures and tell me if you still don't think there's anything to worry about.

The irony of this statement is that "Homeland Security" is supposed to protect us from foreigners--Don't ask me what the Department of Defense is supposed to do then.--but the second amendment was to protect us from our own government.

Default reconstrunists

These reconstructionist are really unnerving, especially when they appear to have any following.

This morning I was late getting up so happened to be home eating breakfast during the 7-8AM hour. D. James Kennedy was in top form as usual.

Today's key points:
1. All top physicists assert that quantum physics and relativity show a god at work. Only ignorant scientists and those duped by corrupt evolutionists, like those teaching gradeschool and Carl Sagan (yes he named Sagan), could remain hostile to religion in the face of quantum physics and special relativity.

2. Teaching evolution in school is the cause of all the problems with todays youth because it gives them nothing to live for.

3. Most ignorant and corrupt scientists reject god because of carnal desire. They ignore evidence for god because they desire to persue erotic pleasures. He specifically named Bertrand Russel as an example of someone rejecting god in favor of eroticism (isn't shit like that slander?).

4. Proselytizing by students should be protected speech. He held up some Pennsylvania girl's graduation speech as a victory for freedom of religion. The sad thing is that the girl admitted that she included mention of god to get people to hear the gospel that otherwise might not and was happy that all the press that she recieved for having done so got the gospel to even more people.

There was a lot more but I can't remember it all. The nutshell is that people that reject god only do so because they've been duped by corrupt scientist and that they allow themselves to be corrupted so that they can pursue carnal desires.

Seeing D. James' Church's obvious wealth, I worry about the size of the following that this guy has. He's on network TV every Sunday spewing this shit unopposed as are Falwell and Hagee amoung others.

Note the presence of many professionally produced "10C" signs being carried in the crowd. It makes me wonder just how much money that demonstration cost?

SpeedDemon, welcome to IIDB! Making your first post a mention of Carl Sagan seems a good start to me.

cheers,
Michael

I watched an airing of Dr. Kennedy one morning (and I do not make it a habit to do so) where he was astounded that our educational system 'teaches the atheistic agenga of evolution'.

The man should be confined for corrupting the collective minds of our youth. Please allow me to expound his four points:

1. I'll admit that all top scientists assert that we see mechanics at work, wierd that they may be, and I will continue to assert that the ultimate answers have utterly nothing to do with Jesus, Allah or the giant pocket gopher in the sky.

2. It is the lack of honestly teaching evolution which has caused children to think their live are meaningless.

3. -(isn't shit like that slander?)-. Yes. Just like it. I agree that a man of his character being attacked posthumously is at the very least in poor taste. Sagan was a decent man, trying to promote science to the public. Kennedy obviously chooses to attack him - as apparently, scientific knowledge is akin to blasphemy. Nip it in the bud.

4. Proselytizing ? No problem. I can't wait to hang some of my shit on your church door - possibly even some Sagan quotes. How long before it's harrassment?

This, from a government where the Department of State deals with everything outside of the States, and the Department of Interior is responsible for the out-of-doors.
