I met Carl Johnson, one of the members of the Burlington-Edison Committee for Science Education, this summer at DDDIII (the ID conference in Kansas City). His group was heavily involved in the DeHart affair, and he told me about the video. He also gave me a link to a review his group did of the video 'premiere':

(And Wells has issues with peppered moths glued to trees?) BECSE has learned that that DH and the DI may have used the Mount Vernon Christian school for the footage of fake classroom drama. Regardless, a DeHart supporter said at a Burlington-Edison School Board meeting that the classroom scene was filmed in Mount Vernon.

Good grief. The double standard reminds me of one of the more extreme Fundamentalists on the BBC boards, banging on about how she doesn't believe in evolution because look at all the evidence at AiG and ICR, and Christians don't lie. Do these people thing that being dishonest doesn't count because they're Christians or what?
