As usual, I will have to respectfully disagree with your conclusions. But I must say that our exchanges have been pedagogical in the shaping of my upcoming draft. I appreciate the interaction. However, the next few weeks will be time consuming for me so I will have to defer the enjoyable but frequent dialogues I'm having with you and others in the interest of time.
