Yes, get back to work! Naughty!

Well, goodnight to you. Things usually are quiet and safe in my part of the world - but not always. Do you remember the Port Arthur Massacre in 1996? That was a reality check.

It's just after 4pm as I post this.

Good afternoon to you!

But when I was Senior Admin we used to discuss before banning, unless it was an outright troll, you could have been briefly discussed then banned, you don't know what goes on inside the staff room.

Your name could be flagged as a potential troublemaker and the order given that you be banned at the first sign of trouble.

Every person and situation is different, moderators and admins should not use their powers to leverage a debate or abuse them by banning someone not in violation of rules.
Well, I suppose that that's just the way that it is with people. There can be all the rules and guidelines you like, but they can often come off second best where personality is involved.

I've never been threatened with banning - but I wonder if my name is mentioned in loftier circles. Probably not. I'm just an inoffensive little heathen.

To everyone and LadyShea, I don't think Francie understands what an ectopic pregnancy is, maybe someone should PM her and give her a link to a site that tells about how ectopics are totally unviable and not really considered pregnancies, they are medical emergencies and should not be catagorized as a pregnancy at all.

Now if they (Francie) still feel it's murder in the eyes of god, then they are just plain ignorant of the concept and isn't worth debating with them.

I am not saying they use the rules correctly, I would think as Christians they would be diplomatic and understanding and follow the guidelines of the banning/warning procedure.

But since I helped write those guidelines, I wouldn't be surprised if they have been revised.

Your not offensive at all Prax, but some do push the envelope, including me.

I really don't think that information would change her mind. She would be classed as, what you'd like to term, a 'radicalist', isn't she?

You've probably already explained this, but why are you no longer a mod? Didn't they want you in their gang any more, or did you get sick of it?

If she fully understood the ectopic condition and still spewed her judgement and ignorance (arrogance?) then yes she would be a radicalist, big time.

Christ and those who call themselves Christians shouldn't be about that kind of hateful prejudice, but some are, and it bothers me that we can't reach out through the computer and physically smack em.

Fadbish, I hope the irony of your last paragraph was intentional.

Well I'm not at liberty to tell the story about why I was *encouraged* to step down, or be removed, as it concerns someone we all know and love. I am sure that person will remain anonimous.

It was sort of a big misunderstanding, that blew up. However I take responsibility for it, the issue was a human error issue, and had nothing to do with any mis use of my administrator powers.

I was invited back as a mod, at the urging of other admins, but I was overthrown again by the owner because I made a username for a friend who had free email (which the owner encouraged for the rest of the staff), and was accused of making it for myself.

I already had other usernames and the owner knew it, so it was just a judgement call on his part. You know, that Christian bias.

That is beside the fact that it is known that I have more than 1 username already, I have more than 2, however I never use my usernames to leverage a debate in favor of one of my other usernames.

In fact I don't really use my other usernames anymore, I was using GTX when I was the victim of Christian hatred (which I will not discuss, as it is lengthy), so now you kinda get the feel.
