Useful Talk Origins link
Kent Hovind systematically debunked. I don't know how they ordered it, but it is invariably the order the YECs throw Hovind at me...
How Good are the YEC arguments? |

Sadly, I expect that even if creationism goes into decline in the US (ID may -- repeat may -- be a sign of this), it will just take off again in other countries undergoing modernization/secularization. E.g. Turkey. Does anyone know of *any* Turkish (or Islamic in general) response to Harun Yahya? I imagine there've got to be some Turkish scientists who are positively steamed about Yahya...

I believe that there was a Turkish Government response which involved rounding them up for child pornography or something like like. I recall reading a post about it on T.O. (I think) from a Turkish poster.

Well, I don't mind having TO up and running even after Creationism has been abandoned (which is probably a forlorn hope). Aside from debunking creationists, TO is also a good guide for understanding Evolution.

http://www.geocities.com/evrimkurami/ Remember that any reference to BAV is to Harun Yahya's organization. The above link can be found in the T.O. "Other Links" section. |
