Just curious to see what some of you have to say on this topic.

4. All of the above.

I mean, really, why limit yourself to "nice" or "bad," or "boys" or "girls." It's about people, fer cryin' out loud.

Actually, to be totally honest, I'd choose the next option:

5. Smart folks.

Because whether someone is nice or bad, or male or female, no matter how fantastic the chemistry or sex is, you have to talk with him/her eventually, and there had better be something there besides, "Uhhh . . . do you like cheese?"

Although that IS the ultimate question... I mean c'mon, I could NEVER be with someone who didn't like cheese for cryin' out loud!!!

I married the nicest of the "nice guys" you could possibly imagine.... some of friends have jokingly called him "Super-Nice-Guy-Greg".

However, I have had some tempestuously *intense* relationships with so-called "bad boys" and they do have their allure.... for a LTR, though, I have always tended to seek the "calm port in a storm" (me being the storm).

I am too afraid to ask what "cheese" means here.

Exciting guys. Guys who I can have an interesting conversation. Like c-o-a-s said, both nice guys and bad boys have their allure, but the ultimate is to find one with a bit of both, somebody who will keep you laughing, interested in the relationship, sexually attracted/satisfied to the extent that you want to be, etc., without treating you badly.
