Post KJV-only ~ Old Believers?

After posting something on the Old-Believer schism of the Russian Orthodox Church in the church-state section of this BB, I became reminded of those who think that the King James Version of the Bible is somehow the only legitimate English translation of it. Does that seem like a fair comparison?
