I had already corrected myself and booty...

booty said:

<strong>"Oh and the opposite of Green is Orange, but we probably do not have the common cultural base for that either."</strong>
I said:
Quote:
<strong>"by the way booty, orange is not the opposite of green. If we're talking pigments, it is merely the color that combines with green to make black. In other words, together they reflect no light. If we're talking light waves, orange is not the opposite of green either. It is only a wave with a different frequency."</strong>
THEN I said:

<strong>"and let me, before i am corrected say that actually, on second thought green and orange do not make black."</strong>

well, I for one can understand Booty on that, even though Booty is otherwise a complete numbskull.

Wow, I've read this whole discussion.

It's amazing what some people will do for attention, isn't it?

Like the "choice" of hell-or-not, Booty didn't have to come here. Nor did he have to register. Nor did he have to post several stupid pages of inane crap. Just because someone on an internet forum suggested this site.

Anyway, I don't fear love, but I do prefer the real, hopeful love of my fellow human beings, rare though it may be, to the precarious and unlikely love of a deity spoken of in many different terms by many different people. And I don't believe in hell. Or any god.

Top of the day to everyone, I slept like a baby, trust your sleep was restful as well! Just a few minutes for a new question, (Sundays are such busy days for me), in any event let me post the question and run. Thanks to all for your participation and please let the leader of the pack know it is really nothing personal, I just have this thing with royalty. Something in my blood, but she will recover.

All right here is your next question, do try and stay on topic please:

How much are your fears relieved by seeking the company of others that share your fears?

Booty...what fears are you talking about? You are very vague.

I am scared of venomous spiders; it's Black Widow season where I live and they are everywhere. This fear is not relieved by hanging with others who are also afraid of Black Widow spiders. It is relieved by calling the Orkin man and having the house and yard sprayed.

I have the same fears as LadyShea, and solve them the same way.

When I was a child, I feared my Aunt Gladys, who had a huge bosom and smelled like Lysol. I dealt with this by screaming and running like hell.

Yo, Rocky!

I fear that there may be no way of penetrating that skull of Booty's with any form of logic. He has such a pre-conceived notion of what reality is ('cause my Bible tells me so) that even if God himself came down and said, "dude, I don't really exist," Booty'd still go on thinking he was right!

Oh yeah, what with getting all spiffy for church, sitting through your weekly brainwashing/indoctrination ceremony, and then eating your god (who, presumably, is a cracker), I can see how your day must get awfully full.

LOL!
