I'm glad they got around to circulating a petition. From what I've heard, the presidents of every university have come out against including ID in the standards, and most profs have signed the petition. Unfortunately, it might be moot at this point because the IDists are trying to "compromise" and claim that they don't really want ID in the standards. They just want teachers to be able to teach any nonsense they feel is appropriate without following the cirriculum.
