First shot's free?
In the grand tradition of heroin dealers everywhere ,the journal Science is giving free trials: the next month's worth of issues will be available free online here. After that, they are going to a plan like PNAS has, where you can get full text of articles over a year old. All you have to do is register.

Coragyps, I am glad to learn about AAAS's plan for Science. I only wish they had done it sooner. I would guess that you have not had too much experience with heroin though.

Doc: no, not much, but I sure do hang around the mailbox waiting for my weekly geeky fix of real science.
