You are likely in much bigger trouble since he probably has AIDS.

Congratulations! You've just won the "Ignorant Post of the Month" award!

Goriller, how does him having aids in any way affect you? Do you routinely have sex with male waiters? Assuming your horrible misconception of gays is true, which it isn't. I guess if you had a black waiter he'd be stealing your watch while you order.

No, for some reason they decided sacrificing a human was better. They even eat his flesh and drink his blood!

Goriller, if you don't have a problem with this, then you are worse than Satan.

I hope the Great Non-existent One will protect us all from your "vision".

You realize that if you eat the flesh and drink the blood of a waiter with AIDS, you're liable to get sick yourself.

What was this thread about, again?

Each person, including visiting foreigners, has God-given rights that this Government exists to protect, including the right to:

...
Corporally punish his children
...
Protect the innocent

A bit of a conflict there. If I see someone beating their child, can I step in and beat the crap out of them?

May I assume that this can also mean "women"?

Succession Process [B P]

The Monarch’s eldest son shall succeed him. [B P]

Upon inauguration of this Constitution, or, if the King meets his death and has no successor, America will hold a lottery to select the King [B P]. The Queen, or if none, the deceased King’s eldest daughter, or if none, America’s chief military officer, will oversee the national lottery.
Why wouldn't the Queen or Princess succeed the King, if there is no son?

Perhaps I'm starting to see a pattern here.

Quote:
The overseer will draw lots to select one of the States of America, then a county, then a town or like geographic area, then a neighborhood or subdivision, then a block, then a family, then within that family a man of any age [B P], whom the overseer crowns King.
What if the family are Catholic, or atheist, or Jewish, or even Islamic? What if they're not white, or can't speak English?

Quote:
Treaties [B P]

America shall not enter into a foreign treaty.
...such as that pesky women's rights treaty - hang on a minute...

Excuse my bluntness, but that's the stupidest thing I've read in a long time, and I'm on a Microsoft course this week.

PS No, I would not like to debate Bob Enyart.

Hayden, you are correct in noting that Enyart looks down on women. Here is a quote from him:

Quote:
"...who runs the country? It's feminists. It's women. It's skirts running the country and that doesn't work. ... Women were not made to run things. Men were made to run things. When women try to run things and usurp the authority from men[sic]."
-Bob Enyart
I hope Goriller hasn't fled already. He still hasn't responded to questions I asked him months ago.

The seduced woman in the verse you cited was engaged to be married. Her sexual crime under Biblical law would be considered adultery, not fornication since she was engaged. Therefore, the death penalty would apply.

Quote:
"Stone disobedient children" is, I believe, a reference to Leviticus 20:9 "For every one that curseth his father or his mother shall be surely put to death: he hath cursed his father or his mother; his blood shall be upon him."

Are these civil laws, or ceremonial?
They are civil laws. Children could be stoned to death for cursing their parents, however, there is a strong principle in the Bible for victims rights. The victim of a crime is the one who decides whether the allowed penalty will be enforce or not. The death penalty for cursing one's parents would not be automatic.
