Locusts and wild honey.John the baptist did and yuck.

You would think that Jesus would have the consideration and power to take john the baptist in clean him up and give him good food to eat after john baptized everybody.

Instead this Jesus God character left him alone to be put in prison and no reason was specified.

That passage seems to be referring to using human shit as a fuel source to bake with, not that it is an ingredient in the recipe.

(Mt 3:4) These insects are said to taste something like shrimp or crab and are rich in protein; desert locusts, according to an analysis made at Jerusalem, consist of 75 percent protein. When used for food today, the head, legs, wings, and abdomen are removed. The remaining portion, the thorax, is cooked or eaten raw.

Over a third of the world's population considers insects to be part of their regular diet. It's too bad the other two thirds don't too considering the ease of harvest and the abundance of the livestock.

Agreed. Shrimp are nothing but large saltwater insects.
