Talking of relevance ot Haldane's "dilemma"

That paragon of sientific acumen, "mturner", has done it again.
While answering a question (whyich had nothing to do with EAM), anus-cranium writes:

Actually this sort of thing is irrelevent to EAM, since only NDT's stochastic genetic mutation mechanism relies upon the statistics and actuarial tables that beancounters, such as population geneticists, favour. I can't speak for warren, but one of the early NDT beancounters, J.B.S. Haldane, worked out an actuarial formula which resulted in what is called "Haldane's Dilemma", and which has some application to warren's statement. See here:

Warren's statement was that according to NDT, life should not exist (another Nobel laureate in waiting).


The thing is, the link turner provides is actually to an explanation of how Haldan'e dilemma isn't.

Another example of how turner's admitted scientific ignorance bites him in the ass....
