Default Answers in Genesis Sydney Bookshop

Geographically this doesn't mean much to most on the board but.........

Was out driving around this morning and in leafy suburban Ryde (in Sydney) and I drove right past the Answers In Genesis bookshop! They have gone retail!

Didn't have a chance to stop in but may do so for some fun one day.

Hmmm... good fun. Gosh, I think I'll go and visit the AIG bookshop for fun, and then I think I'll give my eyeballs papercuts for the same kind of fun.

How big is this shop? What sort of area is it in?

Oh come one. Where is your sense of adventure?

I'll be driving past the shop tonight. Ryde is a largely residential though it has a large shopping center. It is has what we call a TAFE college where I study wine evaluation/production. The AIG bookshop is on the way so I can't miss it. The shop takes up at the same amount of land as a residential dwelling. That is what struck me as incongruous. An outpost of creationism smack in the middle of suburbia.

Maybe I should wander in and say "Look, my books tell me that I need to find a field, plant some vines, wait for them to grow, harvest and crush the grapes and after some fermentation, wine. I hear you guys know of another way and all you need is some water. How do I do it?"

No. I go to Ryde TAFE (though both are close by IIRC).

Not far. About 5 minutes walk away. The street is Parkes Rd.
