According to a San Jose Mercury News article, the fact that the entire Congress howled at the 9th Circuit Court's judgement, gives a hint that Bush's judgeship nominees will be approved by both the House and Senate. His "threat" to put pro-God judges on the bench may come to fruition.

The howling was pure political pandering.

When it comes time to confirm judges with a lifetime appointment, especially Supreme Court Justices, there will be more deliberation, and we can hope that cooler heads will prevail.
