Is nobody capable of comprehending this???
How people fail to get this boggles me no ends...
It's so ridiculously simple... NOTHING does NOT exist! Want to dispute this? FINE; tell me what it's made from! WITHOUT turning it into something, namely the stuff it consists of! It's the only counterargument I'll settle for I'm affraid! NOTHING contains NOTHING! Want to dispute this? FINE; tell me what's in it! WITHOUT turning it into something, namely the stuff it contains! It's the only counterargument I'll settle for I'm affraid! Nothing doesn't exist, so there's ALWAYS something, always has been, always has been! Want to dispute this? FINE! But don't let me catch you dodging the issue! STRAIGHT answers! VALID counterarguments! And "this proves nothing" doesn't cut it! WHY, I wanna hear WHY! There couldn't possibly be a maker, because there's nothing to make, the whole infinite thing has always been here! Dispute me, tell me how nothing can exist! I dare you, I double dare you! |

Don't make me ship you off to RR&P again.
That nothing cannot exist does not imply that the universe has always existed, it simply implies that something has always existed. As a result, it is logically possible for the universe to have a creator and your argument fails. |

Nothing was ever created out of nothing. God is the only true and absolute substance. He created the universe (and still is) by having His infinate substance flow away from Him making it finite. Look at ANY 'substance', it is held together by force. His force. That is why He is the only reality and only real Person. (One person BTW). Sound reasonable?

Let us say something exists. But that doesnot mean that is is a conscious intelligent being. It is more probable that it was matter of some kind.

Are you saying the universe is eternal? Then how do you explain it's constant expansion? Quote:
If the substance is matter then the force you are speaking of is gravity. If the substance is bigotry then the force is religion (sorry about that). BTW...Is this a joke? If it is, then I'm sorry about questioning it. I must be looking stupid now |

"Are you saying the universe is eternal?" I'm saying it probably is "Then how do you explain it's constant expansion?" It is constantly being created. Existence is said to be constant creation. BTW I don't type very well so I keep it short In this little window it feels like writing a letter through a keyhole. Regards A3 quote: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Look at ANY 'substance', it is held together by force. His force. That is why He is the only reality and only real Person. (One person BTW). Sound reasonable? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Is god a person?" The only uncreated. I suppose you could call Him the only real Person. But His is spiritual, a spirit, in time but apart from time and in space but apart from space. A3 |
