Parliament is now under pressure to make this a Canada-wide issue. I'm expecting to see a lot of vitriol coming from my newspaper's editorial section, now.

You can get the Ontario Court of Appeal's opinion in PDF here. Though I find myself pointing and laughing at Canadian case law pretty regularly, I've gotta admit that this opinion is a truly impressive piece of work.

There's already a thread here although the discussion is on the desireability of same-sex unions, not the CS implications.
