Not most, but the vast majority. You can find a rather comprehensive listing of American poll results concerning "War on terrorism" <a href="http://www.pollingreport.com/terror.htm" target="_blank">here.</a>

I believe that his ratings are somewhat lower when it comes to domestic policies, but right now it seems that Bush has a carte blanche to do almost anything in the name of national security.
