Opposite to this is the "infallibility" of the Catholic Church. Infallible means to be in charge of destiny and to be in charge of destiny, not the bible (antiquated letter), but our freedom in the mind of God must be in charge of our destiny.

The mistakes you see were caused by the fundies of its day and they are stupid because you/we think the same (or there would not be an overhelming majority of Americans behind Bush in this war).

Not most, but the vast majority. You can find a rather comprehensive listing of American poll results concerning "War on terrorism" <a href="http://www.pollingreport.com/terror.htm" target="_blank">here.</a>

I believe that his ratings are somewhat lower when it comes to domestic policies, but right now it seems that Bush has a carte blanche to do almost anything in the name of national security.
