Sean regarding the last poster with the bible quotes dont sweat it, think "mob mentality" and consider the source...
I don't expect him to be able to communicate I expect him to realize what we are putting him through is what he puts us through over there, and then patiently wait for the light to click on in his head.

Thanks Amie. I appreciate that. I thought you were going to jump on me next. LOL, How the heck are ya?

Ok, I have had enough, that was rather exhausting, but interesting. Who wants to call a truce?

I never outright said you weren't a Christian, I asked how you can believe in a God who's only recorded history resides in a book in which you don't believe.

And I really don't care about your sex life (God does though), I think your confusing me with Roy or John.
No, you are the one who brought it up, when we were talking about the ressurection.

And then there's the Not inspired comment

Just when I thought we could call a truce, now I have to ask, what light?

What light???

The light that there is no such thing as God's word?

Please explain said light.

Not normally how I work, but he doesn't seem to be getting it, so I thought maybe if he was put in the position he'd understand.

So do you get it now Badfish?

Yea - you smell funny too.

My guess is that some Christians don't like it when other Christians insinuate that they are not Christians.

Historically, the position of biblical infallibility is a relatively recent newcomer to Christianity. It would be well within Annabel's right to claim that you have left the One True Catholic Church started by Peter at the request of Jesus. She would never say this, but it is an arguable position. Others might even call you a bibliolator. But the bottom line is by claiming you are correct and they are not is not conducive for those who are called to be Brothers and Sisters in Christ.

Look at it this way. Within the Christian faith, what does it take to make it into heaven? You pretty much have to accept the divinity of Christ. The rest are details - so try not to get so worked up about it.

The light that makes you realize, that what I am doing to you when I back you in a corner and nit pick every little post you make to the point you are so exhausted and frustrated with the thread you want to throw your computer out the window, is exactly what you do to others at CF.
