Y'know what the problem is though? While the non-religious are sleeping or watching the telly or mowing their lawns on Sundays, fundies and evangelicals are going to church and, as large, united groups, are being worked into a lather of support for far-right social, political, and religious causes. No wonder they are such a powerful and effective force on the social and political landscape.

Freethinkers may prefer to "do their own thing" all the time, but I think they are going to have to find SOME way to work better collectively if they're going to counter the increasing de-secularization of American government, education, etc.
