Another win for the Constitution (Adams County Ohio)
News story from a Columbus Ohio TV station
The Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals has upheld (2-1) the lower court's decision that the Ten Commandment monuments in front of the schools in Adams County, Ohio are unconstitutional. It's been a good week for the Constitution. (Re-reading the story, it appears that this is not a final decision on the merits of the case. It seems to be a ruling that the 10C must be moved while the case is being decided. Still, a promising sign.) [ November 19, 2002: Message edited by: beejay ]
|
