Post Objective vs. Subjective: Define terms

Okay.

It's only been recently that I've seriously paid attention to these objective vs. subjective reality discussions. It's a very interesting topic to explore. However, lately people seem to be disagreeing about the term. As threads continue to use the terms without resolving the muddy definitions, it's getting more confusing than normal.

So...

Please define: OBJECTIVE MORALITY

Please define: SUBJECTIVE MORALITY

Don't care which is better/worse, true/false, or who believes in what. I just want some clarification (and maybe agreement? Nah - too much to hope for) of terms.

Hi Jamie_L,

It seems like we have three threads all asking the same question. In the interests of consolidation, I am going to lock this one and ask that the discussion continue here

<a href="http://iidb.org/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=52&t=000181" target="_blank">subjective and objective morality</a>

thanks
