Cafeteria Science
Fundamentalist Christians often tell non-fundamentalist Christians (Catholics, liberal Christians, Christian evolutionists) that the Bible "isn't something that you can treat like a cafeteria. You must believe the entire thing is true or believe it is all false."
Well, why do they treat science like a cafeteria? They take the parts of science which support thier claims (actually the twist science to make it look like it supports their clames e.g. the second law of thermodynamics arguement) while rejecting what they don't like, namely the big bang theory and evolution. They don't even realize their hypocracy. :banghead: |

Because, for the most part, there is no consequence to accepting or rejecting scientific theories. Not to mention, science is not dogmatic.
