*GULP* Here goes.....
Blimey, bit scarey in here...Analytical bunch or what ??
Anyway, I believe it was Albert Camus who first suggested that there is only ONE serious question for Philosophy to address, which was (is?) ....drumroll.... "Is it serious?" Any comments on this from any one as bored as me right now ? Or later ? I think it was quite Irish (for a French fella). And please, no comments about the name, i got enough of that last time... (Yes, thank you, I do know what it means...) |

Mu,
Bored? Here? OK, I'll try. What philosophy? Whose philosophy? All philosophy? My philosophy? Your philosophy? Serious as in a an auto accident? Serious as an emotional inclination toward another person? Serious as an intellectual discipline? I could go on, but I can't spend much time being bored. Are you serious? Ierellus PAX |

Well, well Ierellus, glad to see at least someone is putting the anal back in analytical...
Okieday...Methinks you have answered all your own questions, which makes me wonder about your claims to being unable to spend much time bored. Ask me another |

It means "Unask the question"
Like, a third logic state, somewhere betweenbeneathaboveinsideoutside of 'yes' or 'no' and defininitely not 'maybe'. P.S Please Ierellus, don't point out that 'maybe' is not a logic state. You can wipe it, you can scratch it, you can haul it and you can definitely fall on it, but for Godess's sake don't adopt it as a state of mind ! |

Oops, last thing me old mucker...
Not speaking the auld Gallic too proper, like, I may have misquoted our man Albert...perhaps the question, in response to just about anything, that should be the sole investigation of all philosophy (GASP - this is he not I, remember) may have been, "Should I care?" Is it serious? Should I care? So what? Comments welcome, solipsist or not. |

ishalon, I like your no nonsense approach.
Very Zen. Call a spade a spade I say. Please don't moderate this post away Mr. moderator, I like the crowd that's gathering. |

Ish, you're not wrong, I can't find any etymology or qabalah that makes ishalon anything but ishalon.
Are you male or female ? |
