I got myself into a debate over this subject on another board. Unfortunately I'm running out of ATP because I'm just trying to be rational without any profound scientific knowledge of the evidence for evolution and the lack for creation....so anyone who would like to drop a nuke on this flimsy debate for me feel free http://www.thefiretheft.com/messageb...d=1272&forum=4

I agree about the strangeness outside...but I did enjoy this one gem:

Talk about fried synapses. With testimonials like that to influence people, you'd think our ranks would swell.
Unless of course the fundies will use it as a ploy to boost their numbers. I can see it now "get stoned off your ass and see Jesus! Baptisms at 10:30."

Regarding religious stuff and drugs, I experienced Tao on an insane dose of LSD. It didn't make me religious though :-)
