Well, I personally think it'd do a lot of good for Erwin to read the pages and pages of "yeah, I got three warnings without a single notification" stuff... Seems to me there's been a lot of cases where the moderation at CF hasn't worked as designed, and I don't think it's getting dealt with. Too many accounts and threads deleted with no accountability - we don't know who deleted the thread, or why. That makes it VERY hard to have a useful dialogue about what happened.
