Minnesota Evilutionists: It's Creation Weekend!
It's not something I usually listen to, but a christian talk radio station, 980AM is sponsoring some wonderful festivities.
Friday at 7:00PM, they are broadcasting a 'debate' between The Inimitable Kent Hovind and the Satanic Michael Shermer. Saturday morning at 9, Hovind is offering a multi-media seminar on creationism. I probably should listen, but it's finals week, and I'm cranky. I have no patience for fucking morons right now. ...that is, of course, in contrast to my usual attitude of blissful, benign tolerance for them. |

Drat! I wish I could attend. I've never seen nor even heard Dr? Dino in action. I'm sure it would be an enlightening experience.
And, I love slapstick comedy. doov |

Hey, thanks for the heads-up! As it stands, I was wondering what to do with my Friday evening as no child is participating in a sport and nothing else was planned. There is a Northwestern bookstore a short few miles away.
Dang, wish I had a good T-shirt to wear so they'd know for sure which side I'm on. I'll just have to clap at the appropriate places. |

If you are near the twin cities, check out Northern Sun. They should have something appropriate.
