the Kingdom of Heaven is characterized by self-sacrifice, the giving of oneself wholly to God and to others, the crucifixion of your ego and the resurrection to a life of sacrificial love. In that is to be found perfect communion with God and others, peace and joy beyond anything you have ever known.

Entirely true, and best of all, no god needed to achieve it.

Kassiana's ideal is parhaps a human ideal of paradise but paradise is and must be completely apart from human relations. Like when "Paul was singing in prison" is a good example. It makes reference to an internal happiness that is beyond human understanding.

Nothing can harm infinite bliss and so no human conditions are part of paradise.
