Brahma's atheist

Before you answer hear my tale.
I wrote to SFX magazine a few months ago. I basically asked if it was written that SF characters had to turn to the Christian god at some point even though it's followers would think they were evil or abominations, eg Phoebe Halliwell, Wolverine, Harry Potter, Max from Dark Angel.
One of the Mag's writers suggested I might be a vile bigot.
I'd called the xians christian gad botherers.
